Welcome & Congratulations!

 

My name is Janet, I have over 15 years experience in the Event’s industry, during that time I have seen it all! The good, the bad and the ugly. A big personal event such as wedding or a Christening can be a really amazing time, yet it can also be one of the most stressful times! Lets face it, most of us at one stage in our lives put  a pillowcase on our heads and stood in front of a mirror wondering what it would be like to be a bride, or a groom and here you are, 10000 dates later, a few broken hearts, some tears and a lot of laughs and now you find yourself searching for the perfect way to show your friends and family that you have found each other.

Let me help you, I work closely with an amazing team, together we create a fantasy, one of beauty, style and elegance. Just like you every single petal is different, I can tailor a package for you from scratch. From the subtle lilly in the corner to the giant rose garlands running as the centrepiece, candles, romance, beauty, style and above all love. I love what I do, and it shows in my work.

You may be overwhelmed with all the little bits to organise for a wedding, so I have made it easy for you to review packages that have been simplified, fine tuned from experience in styling past weddings at all different venues. A little side note; these packages act as a guide and because I am a creative at heart, I may suggest incorporating creative elements in your venue to make it extra special to you and more personalised to what you and your partner value.

Ceremony Floral Design + Furniture + Styling

Suited for an outdoor ceremony or a location with a gazebo cover.
 

  • Front display designed to suit your theme

    • Brown/White Arch with 2 large floral arrangements

    • Two large urn floral arrangements on white plinths

    • Floor floral arrangements in half circle (so you can see the view!)

    • Or something different!

  • 24 White or brown folding chairs

  • 6 Floral posies added to the inner aisle of the chairs

  • White or brown signing table and two chairs

  • Welcome sign on easel with custom text and small floral arrangement
    Select from Wooden Board, Coloured Acrylic or Clear Acrylic

  • Personalised Site Visit meeting to discuss the layout and design*

  • Delivery, set up and pack down
     

Optional enhancements that are popular:

  • Drinks table with two glass dispensers of juice or iced tea (extra for Alcohol)

  • Floral petal cones for confetti

Price: On average, entire ceremony set up starts from $1,500. The location and layout of the ceremony, number of guests and the duration of your ceremony, selection of optional enhancements may impact on the price.

Reception Floral Design + Personal Bridal Flowers

This is suitable if your venue needs a pop of freshness and the new trend is including decorative ornaments to incorporate with the flower arrangements, adding interest to the tables by adding shape and texture and candle light is always a must for a romantic feel!
 

  • Bridal Bouquet

  • 2 x Bridesmaid Bouquets

  • 3 x Boutonnieres (Groom and 2 x Groomsmen)

  • Bridal table floral design with styling decor 

  • 10 x Low Floral Arrangement guest table centrepieces 

  • Hire of decorative ornaments such as candle holders to match with your theme 

  • Site Visit to the reception with you to discuss the plan and design*

  • Delivery of Bouquets and Boutonnieres, set up and same night pack down of reception

Price: On average, personal flowers and reception floral design can start from $3,000. The dimensions and quantity of tables, location of delivery of personal flowers, type and quantity of flowers and foliage used, sizes of centrepieces, selection of decorative ornaments, venue set up time and pack down time may impact on price.

Lush Reception Floral Design + Personal Bridal Flowers

This is suitable if your venue has all the basics but you want to add lushness to create that wow factor! Your venue may have a tall ceiling and beams across the ceiling. Your bridal table will be made a display and want the guest tables to feel lush.
 

  • Bridal Bouquet

  • 2 x Bridesmaid Bouquets

  • 3 x Boutonnieres (Groom and 2 x Groomsmen)

  • Bridal table floral design with styling decor 

  • Bridal table backdrop (curtain with fairy lights or a floral feature)

  • 10 x Elevated Guest table centrepieces with large floral arrangement

  • Hire of decorative ornaments such as candle holders to match with your theme 

  • Welcome sign on easel with custom text and small floral arrangement
    Select sign from Wooden Board, Coloured Acrylic or Clear Acrylic

  • Wishing Well (hire) and Small floral arrangement for gift table

  • Site Visit to the reception with you to discuss the plan and design*

  • Delivery of Bouquets and Boutonnieres, set up and same night pack down of reception

Price: On average, personal flowers and full lush reception floral design can start from $5,000. The dimensions and quantity of tables, location of delivery of personal flowers, type and quantity of flowers and foliage used, sizes of centrepieces, selection of decorative ornaments, hanging installation size and quantity of material used, venue set up time and pack down time may impact on price.

Personalised Day Of Coordination

You won't be able to do everything on your wedding day.. trust me I tried to do it on my OWN wedding and you can't control everything because you will be having so much fun! 
 

A Day Of Coordinator will take the duties off you so you can relax - you want to mingle with your guests, there is something special about having all the people you love under 1 roof at 1 time, make the most of it. 
 

This can be suitable if you have an outdoor ceremony, the coordinator will help manage suppliers and organise all the elements in case of change in weather. You may have a DIY venue such has a hall and need a coordinator to manage the flow of the evening. I will be working closely with you in the months leading up to the wedding and provide you with face to face meetings at the venues.

The day of your wedding flies by, take the time to enjoy and let me assist with everything else!

Price: On average, day of coordination can start from $500. The price can be lower or higher depending on the duration of time you require the coordinator.

These packages act as a guide designed from past weddings. I enjoy in making every wedding unique so I am able to tailor the floral and styling services according to your budget. 
*Site visits may be performed only if the booking is secured via a deposit, additional costs may apply if more than 1 site visit is made
